Forgot Your myUSA Password
A Student, Faculty, or Staff member cannot access their myUSA page due to forgetting the password.
Due to a break or inactivity within the myUSA portal, the user has forgotten their password.
- Go to USA.edu.
- In the top right corner, (1) enter your student or faculty ID (between 5 to 6 numbers long) in to the username field and (2) click “I forgot my password”:
- This will send an email to your USA.edu email with a new password to be used with your student/faculty ID to access the myUSA portal.
- If you have any issues (cannot access your USA.edu email, cannot remember your student/faculty ID), contact Support@USA.edu for further assistance.
- Please provide your Student ID and date of birth, along with specific details about why you are having an issue resetting your myUSA password.
