Kaltura Upload Issues

If you are experiencing delays due to bandwidth and your upload fails, please follow these steps.

  • Shut down Kaltura Capture. Restart Kaltura Capture by logging into Blackboard via the my.usa.edu portal.
  1. Click on My Institution
  2. Click on My Media

  1. Click on Add New
  2. Select Kaltura Capture

  1. Open Kaltura Capture

  1. Click on Manage

  1. Click on the Library icon.
    • If you see Delete to the right of the video this means they have successfully uploaded. If there is an upload button that means that it did not successfully upload. Click on upload if shown to restart the upload.
