If a student reached out to the help desk inquiring about Financial Aid or a password reset for their Financial Aid portal.
Students sometimes forget their password, or can get anxious because their Financial Aid has not come in and believe this to be concerning a technical difficulty or IT related.
Financial Aid is dispersed at the State and National level. The University IT Department will have no control over changing the password or looking to see what is happening in the process. This will only be able to be done by Financial Aid counselors as they have been provided access by the government.
