User is trying to login with Okta(login.usa.edu) and needs to utilize MFA SMS.

Cause

Resolution

1. Go to login.usa.edu
2. Login with USA email address and SSO Password
3. Verify the last 4 digits of phone number and click "Send code"
4. You should receive a text with a 6 digit code on your phone
5. Enter the 6 digit code and click on "Verify"
6. If you waited too long, click on "Resend Code" and try the process again.
