Outlook - Share Contacts

  • User wants to share Outlook Contacts with a co-worker

Resolution

  • In Outlook, follow the below listed steps

 

1.1    Select Folder View

Select the three dots in the bottom right corner of the folder pane in Outlook.

1.2    Select "Folders"

1.3    Right Click the Contacts folder

1.4    Click "Share"

1.5    Click "Share Contacts"

1.6    A new email will open. Select "To" on the address bar

1.7    Type all or part on name(s) to share with

1.8    Click "Go"

1.9    Select name from list

1.10                        Click "To" to add the name

1.11                        Click "OK"

1.12                        Type a message, if needed, and click "Send"

1.13                        Click "Yes" to verify you want to share.
